Interview findings

Three main themes

I. “I’m looking for networking opportunities in events and connecting with the students

II. "I like the students for their youthfulness in perspective, ideas, methods of working etc.”

III. "I want clarity in what MKB does, and have my expectations met."


They also experienced usability issues with the navigation and were using with the newsletter as a main information source about events. Besides more individual preferences and wishes, they were all looking for their expectations to be met. That means setting and fulfilling realistic expectations about MKB’s services with regards to working with students. Clarity in MKB’s purpose and offer is missing on the website.

Entrepreneurs immensely value networking and maintaining connections.

Entrepreneurs often struggle to understand what MKB Digiwerkplaats offers due to a confusing website structure and unclear terminology.

Clear and honest communication helps entrepreneurs feel understood and build trust in MKB, through their website.
